About Time Design retains full copyright on all work created by us for clients, unless copyright is transferred per written agreement.

About Time Design retains the right to use examples of any and all of our design work we have created in our portfolio. By providing photos/images to be used in our design, clients grant us permission to use those images incorporated into our design work in our portfolio as part of our design examples.

We are successful at what we do, and use years of experience in the original creation of our unique designs. Because of our success, many who lack their own creativity have tried to steal ours. We deal on a regular basis with individuals who have copied full pages of our written content to promote their own dogs and websites, have stolen our photos to present as their own dogs, have stolen our custom designed graphics to use without permission, have taken designs we created, and other designers who have copied our custom design concepts to present as their own.

In simple terms, If you are even THINKING about stealing, copying, imitating, or using our work without permission, do yourself a favor and THINK AGAIN. We will vigorously protect our copyright interests.

The difference between inspiration and imitation is significant, but frequently ignored. Since 2002, About Time Design has dealt with countless repeated incidents of copyright infringement regarding our work and photos, and that of our clients. While some may consider imitation a form of flattery, we call it by its true name - stealing.

To other 'designers' who lack the level of talent to create something original for their clients without copying and stealing our designs, to back-yard breeders pumping pups out of their pathetic mongrels and selling them using our photos of our dogs, to the passer-bys who ignore our copyright notices and simply take our images for their own personal use ... Consider Yourself Warned.

We WILL vigorously protect our copyright interests and those of our clients. We will NOT bother to polite to a thief. We WILL have your website shut down. And last, but not least, you WILL be publicly listed on our Copyright Infringement Wall of Shame.
